Refund policy

Your first order is guaranteed. If your dog won't eat it, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund up to six pouches. Email support@eatbelly.ca or message us on chat.

Belly arrives frozen in an insulated box. Please get your pouches into the freezer by 8 pm on delivery day. If a box arrives thawed or damaged, contact us that day with a photo and we'll make it right.

Because it's food, we can't take returns of opened or delivered pouches outside the guarantee above. Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled any time from your account, with no fees.
